At KAIZORA, every product is printed and manufactured on demand after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
• The product arrives damaged.
• The product received is different from the item ordered.
• There is a manufacturing defect or printing error.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
